No coordinate route history is stored for partner-visible sharing. StrideSafe keeps one replaceable latest approved location per user while sharing is allowed.
Latest location
A newer approved point replaces the previous point. Partners cannot directly select raw latest-location rows; the backend shapes a permitted response after checking pairing and consent.
Journey metadata
Commute records can include a destination label, entered timing, status, sharing mode, consent state, and ordering metadata. These records are not a coordinate trail and remain until the applicable retention or account-deletion path removes them.
Private Apple Health workout paths
StrideSafe Plus can read a route that already exists in Apple Health when the wearer opens private workout history. That path stays on the iPhone, is not uploaded by StrideSafe, and is never shown to the partner.
